Serge what's glove do you use ..?? (Half finger cover) Please help 🙏
Gorgeous shot
Beautiful ❤
It’s helpful and great thank you
The future is AI
Honestly. I like number 2!
My solution would’ve been to move the tripod next to the water and use the water as the dominant foreground instead of the pathway in the first picture. Then shooting in twilight time with slow shutter speeds you can get a nice reflection in the water too.
It’s mid 2024. Looking for my first DSLR. Found a great deal on a Canon T2i…it was $89. Now I can focus the real money on a couple high quality lenses to get me started. But know that it was this video that pushed me over the line on getting that T2i. Thank you for the video!
Sei sempre bravo nello spiegare
You need something to focus on
I feel like the contrast on the sky is too big on this ones.

Sege, would you send the map links to these photo locations in Paris? Thanks
Yes I been doing this. Thank you Serge. I learned this from Kelby
Excellent work!
Many thanks!
Truth❤❤
Don't watch "Digital Trump vs Film Biden" (my latest youtube short) if you hate when film photographers get political. Can't beat the latitude of film baby! Subbed!
I still don't like the colors on Sony. Of course you can do color grading, but in general the results are different. One more thing. The light to shadow rolloff on Sony is not so pleasant. I know ppl don't discuss about this in general, but for me it's quite important especially when I shoot people. Of course in my case, using the GFX 100s, the difference is quite relevant.
Thank you! I get to learn a lot from the channel. True sunsets give a nice dynamic range but when everyone is doing it there is no novelty. There are lot of great photos shot in the dark.
Are there not copyright issues photographing the eiffel tower when the lights are on
Yes, but only if you sell the photos
@@SergeRamelliPhotography thanks for the clarification. It is a crazy rule
Ah so that's what negative space is. I always intuitively gravitated towards framing my photos like this, leaving negative space, rather than filling the space with the object. Very interesting to put names to all this stuff
Love the shot! Could just someone help my logical brain side along as to why this has an negative space element to it? Struggling more with the concept, not the end result here.
Negative space in photography is the emphasis on empty spaces highlighting objects, people, and more. The "negative" part is just a reference to the absence of "noise" or "clutter" around the main subject.
@@kiva_J_T cheers mate. Do I interpret this correctly as here the overcast sky is the stand in for "uncluttered" negative space?
The frame is 2/3 empty, that’s the negative space, the subject is really at the bottom, thank you !
@@SergeRamelliPhotography merci beaucoup!

Blue hour, morning or night, is really great for urban photography
I remember you did another video similar to this one, where you showed how to photo and edit several rooms - but I cannot find it :(
1. Make sure you have a Beautiful website with good seo (search engine optimisation) 2. Make sure you have only your best photo on your website, few of them, but only the best of the better. 3. Call art director in your city and show them what you do. They are the people that hire photographers for brands. 4. Don’t give your price, ask what is the budget, it can be bigger than you think. 5. Don’t give up until you talk to 50 potential clients. My name is Serge Ramelli, I am a French photographer who live in the United States, and my photos are sold in more than 120 galleries around the world ! My goal is to help as many people as possible to be photographer or perfect their photography ! Don’t Forget to subscribe and like if i help you !
Thanks for video Serge. Is it possible to stitch the images to get panorama version in NEO when the images include people? I do not think NEO has exposure blending feature in its panorama feature.
There something about Sony that I never liked. The colors.
one of the best video on black and white
Honestly, i didn't saw the eiffel tower at first in the final image, only as you mentioned it. My eyes were to distracted from the statues. So it's a good looking picture, but not of the tower
The leica is next level vivid sheesh
And it's not just about the colors. If you look closely the difference is quite huge in how Leica renders the transition from light to shadows, something that you cannot mimic with the Sony.
#3 was much better
I’ve been watching a few of your videos and notice you like the sensor nd filter, why don’t you use lens filters?
Where can I get the book? Thanks
Reshoot photo 3 under the same lighting conditions as photo 4 and you have a clear winner. The second to last image has by far the most compelling and interesting composition out of all of them by far.

Man whut?! :D. Manananan?! :D HAHAHAA
Where I live no street lights actually work.
I so wish I could afford a mentorship with you. You are my idol and I love nr 4 and 3. I use all your tips and I'd just love to know more. Lots of love for your work from me here in South Africa
3s a lot more inviting with the colors and the composition with the lights going into the beautiful sunset. Your eyes are taken from one beautiful subject (the architecture) to natures beauty of the sunset.
Hi Serge amazing thx for the great review your files and approving the FUJI GFX 100s, I'm currently on the Nikon Z6ii and was thinking to upgrade to the Z8 but now I see what I need to upgrade to instead. 📸
I actually like photo number one
3’s way better.
I like no#3 the most for many reasons
Tbh 4 doesn't look better than 2 or 3
How do I import your presets into Lightroom?
What type of insurance do you have for your camera?
silence! 🤮
That was a great Tip mate.. thanks.
